Buy an owners manual. Crack the rear transmission plug and see how much water, gunk is in there. (If you get the engine running.) Go ahead and drop the pan and get 15 years of sludge out of there BEFORE you crank it! Remove the valve cover and clean the sludge out of there, BEFORE you crank it. First oil fill 4 qts CHEAP oil and 1 qt diesel fuel. Run at idle for 15 minutes and drain and refill with good oil. Get a new 6 volt battery. Clean all the terminals form battery to starter to switch.
