Irv The price is about right. I do not know where an operable tractor with a loader can be bought for that amount. If you do not have to dump very much money into the tractor, it is a good deal. If your wife is laughing at your purchases, you should feel very fortunate. My wife is my farming partner and to a greater extend, my co-partner in purchasing antiques and collectables. I did not farm today but purchased a IH 2-16 tumblebug plow, a old hay bale elevater and an excellant condition 4 row pull planter. She found these implements and suggested I go look and purchase them. I DID. They are all lined up in the collectable farm machinery row instead of the working farm implement row.
