Some problems I had with my 10-20 (same type carb) was the new float having a drip of the coating catching the bowl sides. I fixed it by filing the drip off. I got my float from Rice Equip in PA and he assured me the coating was compatable with alcohol. One thing to note is there is a machined grove on the inside of the bowl, Set the float to that line!!!! The specs I got with my new float were WRONG! It ran HORRIBLE (way rich) and wouldn't adjust right till I set the float to the line and then it purred like a kitten and had no more problems.
