I had a #33 loader much like your second loader and it had a plate with either 4 or 6 holes in it (I cannot remember). This plate went flat against the front side of the rear axle. There was a second plate that went flat against the drawbar side of the axle and the 2 plates were sandwiched around the axle. The bolts that held them together were regular straight bolts--not U bolts.
There were 2 support arms that mounted to the left and right side of the tractor near the front.
On my loader, you could disconnect the mounting frames from the loader arms. Perhaps you could do the same to mix and match loader parts--using the loader from one and the brackets from the other without doing any cutting/welding.
