Your question is confusing. The 400 and 450 swinging drawbars are different. The 400 bar is formed from 3/8" steel plate and has a channel cross section. The 450 bar looks similar to a M or H drawbar.
I think (but not certain) that the 400 drawbar will fit the 450 but the reverse is not true.
