Can you describe how it acts and the sounds it makes before, during, and after you operate the loader? Need more help to trouble shoot this to see if it is low on fluid, cavitating, or bypass, etc. Did this happen just recently or has there been a steady decline over months and years? Any difference between startup and after warm up (which may not be an issue this time of year)?
Cause of a seal leak, over filling these by 5 gal of hytran solves a lot of problems but I'm not sure with your external pump.
1st step is to check the filter and possibly replace and see if there is a plugged screen, etc. by the filter.
