Farmal 404

I have the grand oppertunity to have ownership in a Farmal 404. The tractor is currently mounted under a cotton picker. If the price is right, I might just buy it. How much horsepower does it have? Also, what are the problems that might come along with it? Are the motors and transmissions good? How hard is it to find parts? I hope the motor is not stuck but I should be o.k. in that. The picker sits on top of the motor and has a rounded top. Also the exhaust runs flat along the hood under the picker so I don't think any water got in there. Thanks
