Say Chuck I thank you very much. Mabee maintainance is the wrong word. The tractor belonged to Texas Instraments. They used it to maintain the lot around one of their large manufacturing facilities. While TI used it they kept very good care of it. I even found the maintainace book on it. It is prob. a mid 70s because the dates in the book. I forgot. They even recorded tire pressures and when they filled it up with fuel. Then in the early 80s they abandond the factory. They had a local man hired on for lot maintaince but he neglected all. Including the facility, since 83. All that time he has been at home collecting a TI check and never did anything. The tractor sat in a shop since 1983. Resently the facility sold and they hired me to get equipment running so the new man could take care of the place. I did and he did, but he is the one to neglect everything. Tow vehicals, scissor lifts, fork lifts, sweepers, tractor and brush hogs. HE HAS TORE the stuff up. The new owners have just started to buy new equipment, tractor, mower, etc.All the old stuff is just sitting there.
