Are those holes in to protruding castings??? Late models with the v-belt had the fan braket bolted there. Are the holes on the side ahead of number one plug? If so, that is where the oil guage bracket went for a regular. Late replacement heads have all of this so that they would fit all the tractors with or without production changes. The latest head would fit from the regular to the end of production f-20.
