No. The inner bearing is retained into the housing with four bolts. You would have to get those bolts out but they are behind the bull gear. You would need to get the bull gear off the axle to gain access to them. Once you have the bull gear off the axle will already be most of the way off the bearing.
With the outer bearing cap off, remove the PTO. Remove the bolt that holds the bull gear on the axle. Remove the washer and reinstall the bolt. Put a spacer between the axle bolts and back the bolt back out again. As you back out the bolt it will push the axle out of the bull gear and bearing.
