I paid way more than that for mine, and it was only a 3x14, no coulters, and the points were shot... Yours sounds like a great deal, unless the plow frame has been bent.
The difference is you don't see too many #60 plows around here. Most farmers plowed with their #8 Little Geniuses until about 1963 when they went out and bought a spanking new 706 or 806 and a semi-mounted plow. Very few #60s and #70s were sold around here because we've got nasty hard variable ground and the heavier semi-mount plows work more consistently.
