Dan: When I was a young lad, one of my neighbors had a front mounted circular bench saw on his Super M and it was driven off the belt pulley. It was designed so he sould drive up to the pile of wood, engage the belt pulley and go to work. His bench table was on rollers. The arbor had a flywheel. It was quite heavy, really wouldn't want to do much hauling or field work with saw mounted.
It was purchased arbor, saw, bearings, flywheel and rollers for bench. The rest of it was his own fabrication. If one had enough help, that machine would manufacture firewood in a hurry. I can remember him with 8-9 men in his crew.
