I started my SC today. The Ammeter read about 7 to 10 while I was driving it. When I parked it the needle was pegged on 20+
I got my meter and tested the alternator. It said 14.47 or something like that. I tested the battery ends and the meter was dancing all over the place so fast I could not read it. I tried at the battery post, the starter post, the coil. The only place I could get a constant reading was the alternator. Everything else was jumping around.
Before today the Ammeter would go up to 10 and run there for a few minutes and back off to 2 or 3. Something is different and I am worried that the alternator is stuck on high and not comming down. Ron
