The owner said not to drill them out , he may not realy want ya foolin with it . Yrs. ago I drove differant trucks and tractors without working radios . I got a small plastic toolbox and mounted a radio and speaker inside with long power leads to hook to the antenna , ground and the battery . Worked good and no problem to move from one to the other and did`nt take somebody else`s stuff apart .
