the cub your describing could be a 1955,1956, 1957, or a 1958 the ways to tell the year by the sheetmetal is 1955-all the sheet metal woulld be red 1956-all the metal would be red exceptfor the grille which is white 1957and58- the grille and the place where the name strips would be white
