You need to get yourself a good shop manual that covers your tractor. It should give you the step by step for replacing that seal. Your're probably going to need to remove the whole front end off that tractor just to gain access to the damper pulley. You will need to support the weight of the tractor since the front wheels will probably need to be removed. That seal has probably worn a groove into the hub on the damper pulley and will need a speedi-sleeve to cover that area so the new seal has a new surface to contact. Hal.
