I rebuilt the pump on my SH last year and as part of the rebuild I replaced the impeller shaft. I made a new one from drill rod and machined the flat in the fan end. While I was at it I made a couple more shafts. I have one loose and one already pressed into an impeller. I was going to Ebay these items along with a bunch of other stuff I have. Are you interested? If you are replacing the bushing it would be nice to have a fresh shaft although I actually replaced mine because of the wear in the area of the packing.
