Are you sure it should have more power? Compared to what? H's are only about 24 hp.
Well.... you can start changing sleeves and pistons, put in a 300 or 350 cam, maybe an M&W power govenor would make it feel more responsive??? Is it an "X1" H (serial tag), or a multi-fuel? If it is a multi-fuel, you can change heads to an X-1 head and boost compression, which in turn, will boost power....
Not trying to be a wise-guy, but maybe you really want a Super H or an M? Hope this gives you some helpful ideas. mike
