I put a fast hitch on a IH 650 which is basically the same as a W-9. It is the next size larger than a W-6. I used IH parts and fabricated the rest. I attached four pics but they didn't scan very well. For a 3-point, you will have to mount a rockhaft and some way to lift it. The current drawbar brackets that attach to the axel housing could be used to attach the lower links. If your W-6 is similar to my IH 400, you will have to remove the floor boards. If you get a factory made 3pth. it would probably attach to the axel housings with large u-bolts that might be available at a truck spring shop. It would require a couple of radius arms to keep it from rotating If you can find a local tractor that has an aftermarket hitch, a lot of your questions will be answered. If you are near Tewksbury, MA you are welcome to look at some of my tractors. I have two Worksavers that fit H's and M's. BTW I think that the Worksaver site may have some drawings with measurements. A search here will bring up the url.
