Drain the coolant and refill with water. Add about a cup of automatic dish washer soap, Cascade or something like that. Run about a half hour to make sure it is completely warmed up. Cover the radiator if necessary. Drain and flush the cooling system. Refill with antifreeze. Watch to see if the oil comes back.
The most common place for a leak would be the oil cooler it it has one. Once they get bad enough they will also allow coolant to enter the oil also.
