Hollow the instructions it takes 15 mins but the company that sold it has to repond to the state. You want to file it in the state that the company is located.
This is all "FREE" and you will get something done. Have all info in front of you when when you sit down to do it.
I filed aginst AAA of Michigan because my rates went threw the roof because there was credit cards taken out in my name that i didn't have a clue about. Bad credit scores in Mich = higher insurance rates.
When i had all the paper work and proved that there was a mistake that wasn't mine they refused to lower my rates and refund $1500.00 dollars.
