2150 can be mixed by PPG (71310), or DuPont 96766, or NAPA/Martin Senour (Don't know number). At a minimum use Omni (PPG) or Nason (DuPont) acrylic enamel, acrylic urethane with hardener is better, but requires a supplied air breathing system -- some people say no, but I will not recommend hardener to anyone without supplied air. Tractor store/hardware store paints are alkyd enamel and do not last unless waxed frequently or kept inside. CaseIH sells 2150 in an "acrylic modified" version of alkyd enamel. It is ok because it contains UV inhibitors to prevent fading, the main problem with the older alkyd enamel. I would remove the brown primer and use epoxy -- the primer on it now may or may not be compatible with the paint you use. And epoxy is waterproof, your "brown primer" whatever that is likely isn't.
