Bob, it's pretty simple to get one front wheel off. Get your very largest lug wrench or a really big socket wrench and see if you can loosen the nuts on the lugs that hold that bad wheel on. Only loosen them, don't take them off. If you can't loosen those lugs, have a tire service come take the wheel off. I'm not kidding.
If you can loosen those lugs, then drive the good front wheel up on a couple scrap 2x4 boards. Stop the tractor, shut off the engine, put it in gear, and block both back wheels. Then take the lugs off and take the wheel off. It's heavier than a car wheel but not as heavy as a highway tractor wheel.
