One thing you can do without a manual is to add about a quart of diesel fuel to the crankcase, start the old girl up, and low idle it for about 10 minutes to warm it up and get a lot of the sludge out of the engine. Then drain that oil, and drop the oil pan. Note where the longer screws come out. There's probably years of goo in there. Refill with new oil. Do the same with the transmission, no pan to drop though. Welcome to the friendliest board on the internet.
