Frank in texas said: (quoted from post at 22:46:37 07/06/08) I have had my m for some time but never used the hydro lift system. I finally bought a 7ft blade and a boom pole for it. The system works without weight in the lift arms, but even the small weight of the boompole it wont lift. What could be the problem? I checked the pump oil and it seems to be ok.
Frank, I have the same porblem with my IH-100. I replaced the unit under the gas tank, with one from a salvage yard. It was not much better than the one I originally had on there. I took it back and they rebuilt my old one, again with no success. It would lift me, 190 lbs, with no porblem but hook up the 5" disk and it would lift it almost clear of the ground. I could pick up on the back of the disk and help it and it would lift real high. I ordered a pump which should be here in a few days. I sure hope that fixes the problem. Starting to get real expensive $150.00 for the rebuild and $385.00 for the pump. If it doesn't work this time, if I want my wife to know, I will tell her. Good Luck, Don

It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro
