I would laugh all the way to the bank if I could get $2200 out of an H! (Or $2200 out of a 77 for that matter) The most I've seen a good H bring is $1200 or thereabouts, so half of that (or alittle less in this case) for a non-running thats near complete seems fair. I say go for it.
