I would say do the basics first, such as changing the hydraulic oil if you havent already and make sure it is filled to the correct level. Also replace the hydraulic filter element if you havent yet. It may not neccasairly be the pump wearing out but rather that it is satrving for oil. Always better to check the easy (and less expensive) parts first if ya ask me.
