All you need to do is install a CharLynn steering motor, same as what's used on the H's and M's, in the steering shaft on your Super A. That's what that picture shows.
Yeah, "all" you need to do... There's no such thing as a kit for this, so you'll have to figure out how to mount the motor.
Then it's a matter of where to get the hydraulics. You could install a bypass block and a priority valve to use the tractor's hydraulics, or fabricate a mount for a junkyard power steering pump off a car.
Pricewise, the junkyard pump will be the better option. A bypass block is $75, and a diverter runs around $100.
The torque generator is item 9-7122 at surpluscenter.com. $379.99. Yikes.
