If all you want is a bush-hog, you can get a trailer type that pulls from the drawbar and will work with the PTO. Howse has one in their economy line, the 400SAC/500SAC, it bolts to the draw bar and lifts with chains, much like your blade. You remove the two pivot bolts in the drawbar so the bar can float up and down. Be sure to add an overrunning coupler to the PTO so the momentum from the blades won't push you around. You can get that from most any implement dealer. See the link below.
