If this is an older loader & cylinders - many can be fixed by tighten a packing. I have seen threaded packing nuts (like old time shaft packing e.g. water pumps) or retaining rings with 4 bolts.
If so, the packing can be replaced without dismantling anything. Find a replacement packing at an old time dealership if you have one around. Extend ram 6 inches or mpre(and support bucket safely). Remove packing nut or ring. Remove the old packing. Cut the new packing one at 45 degrees and install. Tighten packing nut or ring until it doesn't leak.
If loader is newer with rubber lip seal or o-rings you will have to dismantle more.
