The F12 and 20 oil gauges are not the same. An F12 w/ good pressure should run 30-40 pounds which is what eh 31041 DB gauge is calibrated to. Max. pressure on the F20 is about 15, which is what the 18113 gauge is calibrated to. One thing you might check to get your pressure up is to remove the oil lines and thoroughly clean with kerosene. There is also an oiling tube in the bottom of the block. Easy to get to if you drop the pan. Also when the pan is down remove oil pump screen and clean out. These are all easy fixes and, if done, should increase the oil pressure.
