Well first off here is what to do , with a COLD engine remove the fan belts remove the thermostat with the thermostat and housing removed fill with water to the top of the housing in the head . Start the tractor and rev it up hard and if she pucks water then ya know that you have a comperssion leak .Now this can be a head gskt leak a cracked head or even a cracked block down in one of the cylinders and it may not show up as water in the oil and as for finding oil in the water that usually only showes up when the oil cooler takes a dump.
