CB, there was about 3 different filters types used on the D-239 engine. Caseih parts D-239 shows the different types. I believe you would have to purchase a new filter head and possibly do some fuel line mods. BTW make sure there is no old bits of "O" ring stuck in the filter head grooves and do not over tightened the filter bolt or you will distort the gaskets.
