Diana,
Usually linkage is not too difficult to make. Most of it is made of 1/4" or 5/16" rod stock steel. Sometimes the ends are threaded for small yokes or ball/socket ends. That kind of hardware is often found in tractor and truck salvage yards.
If you can find someone with the same model tractor, they may be willing to give you the details needed to copy the parts you need. There are a lot of good craftsmen (whoa!! "crafts-people") who can fabricate such parts. One possibility is to contact a blacksmithing group near you and either join up or at least make a few contacts who can help you. I am a member of such a group, the "Guild of Metalsmiths" in Minnesota. A good number of women have joined and are developing their metal working skills just as I am too.
