wouldn"t have had a dip stick from the factory but could have been added. the motor block serial number on your tractor should be 21963. it will be stamped into a raised "boss" on the block below # 3 spark plug, it will be stamped by hand so the numbers might be a little crooked. let me know if I"m right about the block serial number, would also like to know what state you live in, seems like alot of the tractors in your serial number range ended upin the midwest, mostly Iowa, Minn and Neb.
