If it is a factory TA delete tractor, there were fewer of them made and it may command a higher price someday as a collector tractor.
As for a work tractor, it wouldn't make any difference to me since I rarely use the TA in a tractor that big. Also, for a working tractor, no TA is worth more than a bad TA. When the TA went bad in our 1256 it worked just like normal in high range, but when the TA went bad in our 1086 it was unusable in low or high - caused the tractor to jump when letting the clutch out!
FWIW the 1256 made 6500 hours on the factory TA and the 1086 made 8000 hours on the factory TA. Both went out due to improper use, and I still haven't managed to teach Dad how to use it properly.
