For future reference to newbie's.............................I used a similar set up. I used channel iron drilled 2 holes in one 8 1/4" on center and 1 hole in the other identicle to yours. I bought 3 grade eight bolts. The bolts are 5/8"-11 x 6" adjust your length based on cross barr thickness. Be sure to engage several threads before you put any torque on the set up. I put anti-seize on the threads and the washers where the bolts heads contact to prevent heat build up. As the fly wheel pulls off I had to re-adjust adding shims. After the few few turns I could finish pulling by using two of the bolts alternated about a turn at a time. Threaded rod would illiminate this but it is nowhere near grade eight in strength. The flywheel ends up almost flush with the bell housing before it is free. Depending on where you do this be careful. the standard F-20 flywheel weighs exactly 100lbs. Not a guess, I weighed it.
