I have a 300u and I think some of the components are the same. I think the best place to start for these hydraulics is on your knees! Then, with a lot of good advice from this site you can have success. I guess the first thing I would do is test the PSI at the safety block. Mine is right at 1,300# PSI. That will tell you which way to look, if you don't have good pressure, I would check the screen in the safety block, if that doesn't do it, check the screen in the reservoir (I assume a 460 has a screen there also), then the safety block itself and maybe the pump. If you have good pressure, then could be leakage in your control valve. To isolate, you could put a T in after your control valve and test there. Hope I haven't given you any bad advise, but that is what I would do to get an idea where the problem is.
