Sounds like you could do it. In fact, I like the idea. Take the lift brackets if it is a 3 point and turn them around. Then look at the gearbox. can you swap it around the other direction? Yazoo and Deere make mowers like this. Most I have seen have single rear wheels to get close to trees and such.Depending on what gears the mower has, Straight cut gears can be ran opposite with no damage. Sounds like a good winter project but winter was over yesterday!
