I have owned this tractor for about 18 months....in that period I did the following :
fab'd new fast hitch cyl . bottom bracket, had a new clutch/brake pedal shaft machined and pedals bored and bushings installed, installed new steering wheel bushing, new brakes, brake shaft seals, mounted Delco alternator, new starter solenoid, new light switch, bought used front side panels and headlight buckets, cutout a new seat bottom-had mom sew new vinyl and put on foam, new grille screen, fixed smashed grille and dented hood, fixed bad rim, mounted 2 new tires, bought used set of wheel clamps--previous rim mounter put em on wrong--wore on rim, new batteries, replaced amp gauge, adjusted TA, fresh paint, and recently a new head gasket with a surfaced head and 1 new ex valve spring...
Still need to replace hydraulic pump and find a wide front.....
I try to take a piece of equip or two and refurbish it during winter months....this has become my main tractor so I tend to rely on it more....budget is tight so I want the most reliable for the buck equipment I can afford and/or fix up....
I really appreciate all the help on this forum to get this far.......thanks again..Dave
