Go to the Case site (link below) and when you get there in the search box put in "140". Then click on "140 gas tractor". Then click "electrical". Then click on "08-31 Electrical Starting and Light".
You will see the bracket for the flashing lights in the small right hand pane. If you click on the small print button you will get another window pop open and give you a larger view.
The bracket mounts between the triangle mount for the rockshaft arm and the fender. One thing this doesnt show is that there is also a small bracket off the flasher bracket that has a reflector mounted on it. I have that bracket off my 140 and can take a pic of it if you want it. It has a hole drilled in it that the post of the flashing light goes thru. Simple bracket that you can make yourself.
