Before you put the mcv back on did you replace the sump check plug? Is the mcv set correctly? Is you hydraullic pump working properly? A few different things can cause the hydraullics to drop. As far as the gear you have a gear in backwards or one of the shift parts aren"t connected right. Do you have gauges to check your hydraullic pressures? Good luck Kevin
