The super A block has provisions for a hydraulic pump where a Farmall A block does not. If you look below the magneto or distributor you will see a place on a Super A block that has a mounting location for the pump that you will not see on an A block.
In other words unless your A has a Newer model engine in it, then you are not going to be able to use the hydraulic pump from a Super A.
And even if your tractor does has the super A equivalent engine, I would doubt that you would have the correct clutch housing to use the rest of the Super A hydraulics, So you would have to make your own reservoir and control system, which isn't all that much trouble but you are in for a lot of work and money buying valves and cylinders.
