IH,Scott is very close,Through the years the crank becomes out of round,so plastic gage can be miss-leading,.oo3 might be a little tight if the top and bottom is wore more than the sides of the crank.The original books state that you should be able to tap them from side to side with a small hammer.Ive dont them both ways with good success,Just use common sense these motors are simple and very forgiving.
