From what I can see it looks like the plow for a C. The lifting rod comes down the left side on a C and the right side for a Super C. I don't see the rear rockshaft anywhere. This bolts to the axle bractets and then is connected by a chain to actually lift the plow. I have pictures of mine mounted on my C. Drop me an email and I can send you a couple of pictures. The parts manual for the C implements is at home. I will try to look at it to determine the model for the C.
