Howdy Meant to post this before, GM Top Engine Cleaner ( I think the part number is 1050002 ) is probably the best you will find , Ive had luck getting valves unstuck on engines that have been sitting for 20 years ( indoors ). If the engine still runs there is a real good chance that this stuff will work and if it doesnt you will be suprised when you pull the head there will be no carbon to scrape. Buy several cans. Bob S.
