as some of you have read, my f-20 is up and running. just want to know what is good oil pressure on one of these? my guage has the IH logo, and number 18113 DA, so am assuming this is original guage. On cold start up, guage is 3/4 over at idle and at full, it is all the way. after warmup, is still 2/3 over at idle. assume this is great pressure? also need to adjust points, but really dont know how to get to them. (no manuals yet) just a little hard to start still yet, but still starts off of crank. am learning more each day about it from this site. did find that engine numbers match plate number. also has some kind of strange bracket bolted to right(sitting on tractor) side of drawbar. it has some type of swivel with two horizontal springs on it. any ideas? will try to take and post pics. thanks again.

On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
