With the live pump, you do not need the belly pump, except for a reservoir to store the fluid for the live pump. The Behlen power steering is a closed system. The hoses coming from the Behlen pump should go only to the steering torque motor, no where else. There should be one large hose (supply) from the bottom of the belly pump to the live pump, and one smaller hose from the live pump to a control valve of some sort. There should be one hose from that control valve that goes back to the fill pipe for the belly pump (return), and there should be two more hoses ( up pressure and down pressure)coming from that control valve and going to the loader cylinders. These hoses will probably have tee fittings, so that both cylinders can be supplied with hydraulic pressure. A picture would be worth a thousand words, but I don't have one.
