Well without putting a couple gauges on it and not being able to check it myself i would have to guess here that either ya have a valve in the MCV sticking or the pressure in the MCV is down or you have a binding in the ft. end maybe to much weight on the ft. So here ya had better get at least and I T manual and spend some time reading up on the valves and spring lenght's in the MCV and just how ya tear one down also a feting and a hyd. gauge to check pressure we are shooten in the dark.
