I could be wrong but I don't think there is a tube on the F-20. The head is oiled through the valve cover. The felt in the trays on top of the rockers holds the oil for the rockers. The lower engine slings the oil up to the cam bearings. The only tubes I know of are in the lower part of the block and it goes external from the oil pump and then a small one to move oil to the front of the engine to a slinger on the crank gear.
